USTA Training Centers

USTA Training Centers provide top-tier tennis education and training to young athletes with talent, while offering access to some of the finest facilities and support services. Club Med Academies

Club Med Academy’s Club Acacades provide both boarding and non-boarding options, year round programs tailored specifically to each participant’s needs, with extensive coaching expertise from highly experienced coaches working with high performance athletes. Some programs also include college placement assistance through USP (University Sports Program Organization). USP has an impressive record in placing students into college tennis programs through Club Med’s Academy programs.

The academy provides several different programs, from beginner-focused private lessons for novice and advanced players alike to tournaments for both juniors and adults. Most courses aim to improve technique while increasing game speed; additionally, fitness programs and personal trainers are included as part of this package, offering added benefits like playing alongside friends.

Club Med Sandpiper Bay in Port St Lucie, Florida recently underwent an impressive $25 million transformation and is now its inaugural “Premier Sports” property. Gabe Jaramillo, a former player and coach who has trained eight number ones and 26 top ten professional players. Gilad Bloom Tennis

Gilad Bloom Tennis Academy in New York City provides comprehensive tennis services for players of all ages and levels of play, including QuickStart classes for young children ages three to nine, summer camp programs, after-school programs, tournament training for advanced competitive players as well as private lessons and court rentals to its students. Gilad Bloom’s programs aim to enhance all aspects of play – technical as well as tactical.

Gilad Bloom, who served on the Israeli Davis Cup team from 1983-1995 and then on the ATP tour from 1983-1995. As the director of this academy, he specializes in teaching youth tennis and developing junior players for college-level play; having trained several top 10 nationally-ranked juniors. A good tennis coach must have the ability to balance stroke development with competition, as well as ensure his student are spending enough time on the court – between four and eight hours weekly is ideal for player development and healthy childhood development.
